Disappointed...

Ive heard great things about Artefacts quality and was super excited to hear about their collaboration with VSCO. I had great plans on ordering my Christmas photos and books from here, despite the added cost as a Canadian.

But I wont. Heres why; lack of support for cropping options supplied in the VSCO app. As an artist, details matter, including the exact crop. But although certain cards and books do support horizontal and vertical images, they dont support the exact crop from VSCO. This, in my mind, ruins the photo. It would be an easy fix and is disappointing, especially considering the VSCO collaboration.

I would also love the ability to choose and add my own text, but this isnt as important to me.
