Wanted to print a book, but definitely not enough options... Only one font and 4 formats... Wanted a square pic with a small white frame, which is not possible only with huge white bars or none at all... Pretty lame...

Would be great to save projects with the app, lîle de website. I´ve lost my books twice.

I dont know how and why is does the app says au mobile is not available to your country, tried to fix it, still it doesnt do anything.

Customer service wont reply your email and the app still has a lot of bugs such as can not re-order when theres a "re-order" button.

Ive heard great things about Artefacts quality and was super excited to hear about their collaboration with VSCO. I had great plans on ordering my Christmas photos and books from here, despite the added cost as a Canadian. But I wont. Heres why; lack of support for cropping options supplied in the VSCO app. As an artist, details matter, including the exact crop. But although certain cards and books do support horizontal and vertical images, they dont support the exact crop from VSCO. This, in my mind, ruins the photo. It would be an easy fix and is disappointing, especially considering the VSCO collaboration. I would also love the ability to choose and add my own text, but this isnt as important to me.

I do enjoy this app, making prints pretty easy. But I live in Canada and I can only make orders via my laptop. Could you change that and make orders to Canada available on this mobile app? Please and thank you!

Was so excited to order prints from this company but accidentally ordered them twice, emailed support twice with no response..... Very poor customer service, still unsure about status of my order

I would love to be able to see my current and past orders and be able to track them directly from the app.

Ordered a regular book consisting of 40 pics or so, and I was expecting nice clean photo paper in a clean book, but what came was something that I could have made at home for cheaper. Photos were printed on cheap computer paper and quality was crappy as well. Would not recommend ever using this terrible Deceiving app.

I made a photobook for Mothers Day and was surprised at the quality. It was a big hit. Found the app easy to use too.

I like the app but its frustrating when you have to go back a step and you loose everything. You completed before and have to fix it all again. It would also be nice if we could track our package so we know when it will arrive or at least get an email saying it was shipped? Very poor communication.

Artifact Uprising is my go-to source for printing all of my photos. The app makes it easy to connect to my accounts and build a book in minutes!

The paper quality is quite impressive. My iPhone photos turned out great!

Horrible experience with Mike web and iPhone app. Tried creating a book and changes wouldnt save from one step to the next or if the app closed. Disappointed!!
